Ah! The joys of a crushable beer. A beer that hits the spot on a warm afternoon in the sun, tastes so good after a long bike ride or cools your dancing fever. Light in alcohol, Whitebait has 20% wheat for a soft flavour, while the Magnum & Cascade hops give it the refreshing aromas of oranges with a hint of spice. As no style really fits, we decided to call it out for what it is: A crushable ale.
American Amber || 5,5% || Keg only || Available at the Brewpub & select bars in NL
For our first beer brewed at our brewpub, we decided on a simple, yet classic recipe and style. An American Amber to us is all about how a soft body with biscuity, caramel flavours works with a subtle if present hop aroma and soft bitterness. Chinook and Cascade are classics for this style and to accentuate the softness we deliberately reduced the co2 to create a velvety texture. The second batch replaces Chinook with Falconer's Flight

We feel a black IPA should be about hoppiness in relation to some, but not too much roast. We think we did well. We taste oranges, soft bitter, fruity coffee & a hint of dark chocolate, do you agree?

Oatmeal Stout brewed with excellent cold brew coffee roasted by our friends of The Village Coffee, this is one to keep you awake at night.
New England IPA || 8% || Kegs & cans || Available at the brewpub and select bottle shops
Our take on the New England IPA style. Our home-propagated Conan Yeast strain meets a big amount of fruity hops during fermentation. This turns the beer into flavourfull extremely fruity DIPA. Brewed in small batches to make sure it is always drunk fresh.
Imperial Smoked Porter || 7.5% || Keg & bottle || Available at the brewpub and at bottle shops
Our first baby, still going strong. Originally made for the 30th anniversary of renowned Beer-dive Kafe Belgie in Utrecht, it continues to surprise us and many who drink it. Full bodied, the smoked malts are well embedded in a complex malt bill. Impressive yet drinkable.

Wild Ale || 5,5% || Limited Keg Only
Our limited rhubarb beer swims into our pond from time to time. A nicely funky and slightly sour beer fermented with a blend of different brettanomyces and saison yeast, lagered on rhubarb. A very refreshing beer that tastes well young but also has a very interesting development over time.
White Session IPA || 4,3% || Collaboration with Walhalla Craft Beer (NL) || Currently Unavailable
Our experimental white session IPA made with our friends of Walhalla. Wheat in the base, almost completely late-hopped with Cascade and Citra and fermented with a slightly funky yeast strain. Expect new versions of this ongoing project in 2017.
Sour/wild ale || 4,3% || Currently Unavailable
Another limited release, this is a kettle soured and 100% brettanomyces fermented beer with raspberries, brewed with no hops.
Anglo-American Pale Ale || 5,5% || Currently Unavailable
Jailbait Pale Ale is our extremely quaffable Pale Ale marrying english malts (Maris Otter!) and American hops (Citra! Chinook! Mosaic!).
Brett-saison || 6-7% || Currently Unavailable
Our ongoing series of experimental Bretted saisons have been known to show up on festivals from time to time. Some have been 100% Brett-fermented, others have been using a saison-brett blend. Interesting beers to say the least. We hope to release more of this in 2017.
